About me

I worked for the corporate world and MNC’s after completing my graduation studies. Since I was working from past 4-5 years, I wanted to pursue something more meaningful in life.

I finally took the plunge and completed Diploma in Yogic Education from Yoga Vidya Niketan. I also got certified in Power Yoga Teacher Training course.

I had different opportunities to teach yoga to the health centers, yoga studios & gyms, societies and corporate offices.

Teaching Yoga has made me feel more fulfilled and given me a sense of purpose while helping me to positively channelize my energies.

Yoga brought me peace, reduced my mental stress and made me feel super fit and confident about my body.

It makes you more aware, more productive and more balanced. Here you will have something different to uplift everyone to the best living.

I find joy in helping students discover their inner strength, enhance their flexibility, and cultivate a deeper sense of mindfulness.

My teaching philosophy is centered around creating a supportive and inclusive environment where each person can thrive.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, I am committed to making your practice enjoyable and transformative.

I also believe in the power of balanced nutrition and the importance of tailoring food choices to meet the unique needs of each person.

Whether working with individuals, families, athletes, or corporate clients, I take a holistic approach to meal planning that emphasizes sustainable, real-world solutions.
