Morning is best time for doing yoga. However, as an exception, yoga can be practiced any convenient time with light stomach.  

Yoga benefits working professionals by reducing stress, improving focus, and enhancing overall well-being. By incorporating yoga into their daily routine, working professionals can enjoy the benefits of a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.

It is highly recommended to always eat 2-3 hours before the class as yoga practice must be performed in light stomach.

It is not Yogasanas alone but Yogic therapy, coupled with dietary and other restrictions, help prevent various functional diseases. However, scientific experiment is going on to cure cancer through yogic therapy. 

These conditions are the accumulated result of an artificial city life, lack of physical work, luxurious living, mental tension and imbalanced diet. There should be two prongs to strategy: First performing all forward, backward, side bending & twisting asanas. Second controlling your diet and having only house made food. This will control various disorder appearing after 40’s.
